FAQ's

What are the benefits to me?

You will be able to free up quality time, enabling you to focus on generating new business, as well as servicing existing clients. You will also be benefitting from not having to employ a permanent member of staff. We are able to tailor the services you require to suit your business.

 

 

Can you give advice?

As we are not regulated by the FCA, we are unable to offer any form of advice to your clients

 

 

Do you liase with my clients?

We are more than happy to update your clients on your behalf, although you are welcome to receive case updates and speak to them directly if you wish.

 

 

Are you able to process related insurances?

Yes, We can assist you with the insurance processing and also ensure the policy in on risk when required. Please see 'Our Servicing & Pricing' page for more information on this. 

 

 

How will you access my clients documents?

We are able to use various methods, either via email, Dropbox or other cloud sharing software. We would suggest checking this with your network, as some firms do not allow cloud sharing. You can also post them to us via recorded delivery or we can assist in arranging a courier depending on the urgency of the case, although the easiest option would be to work paperless.

I would like to schedule weekly catch up calls with my Administrator. Is there an additional charge for this? 

No, we would never charge any extra fee's for Broker calls.

My network will need to complete a due dilligence check on you, would this be an issue? 

Not at all, we are more than happy to go through the vetting process with your Network. As we already work for Brokers within a majority of the UK networks, it is likely we are already approved with them.

Is there a minimum volume of cases? 

We do not expect a minimum level of business from you.  One of the benefits of our service is that there is no tie in. Use us, as and when you need us.

Would I be charge a full case fee, if my case doesn't reach Formal Mortgage Offer? 

No, and this is one of the benefits of using iProcess. If you case is managed by us, and doesnt reach Offer, we would only charge a £30.00 administration fee, to cover the work done on the case. Full case fee's are only charged upon receipt of the Offer.

Who will look after my cases? 

You will be assigned a dedicated, experienced Case Manager who will manage all of your cases.

How do I keep up to date with my case progession? 

We have recently launched our Broker portal, which you will be given access to. You can send new cases to us and also view your existing pipeline along with the latest updates.

Our firm uses a CRM system, are you able to use this? 

We have been trained on a number of Mortgage CRM systems, including Smartr365, Toolbox, OMS, Finplan, Finova, Xplan, Revolution, Acre, The Key and 360. We are happy to take part in training for your CRM, if it is a system we arent familiar with. We would not charge any extra for this.

We submit a high volume of cases each month, are you able to offer a discount?
